- Transit times estimated above do not reflect back order delays or delays due to lenses/frame not passing final inspection. If any delays occur while processing your order, you will be contacted by email/phone with the latest updates on your order.
- To reduce your shipping costs the original product box will not be included, but all items ship in their original cases. GlassesEtc.com will ship the original box provided from the manufacturer at its own discretion.
Why do prescription orders require additional processing time?
Prescription orders are simply more labor intensive. Prescription lens production times may vary depending on frame style, prescription strength and lenses add-ons such as anti reflective coating, tint and other special requests.
We strive to deliver superior quality and use only the finest lenses and products to manufacturer your prescription lens orders. Our average lens production time is 5-7 business days.

All International Orders must be shipped to the billing address on file with your bank or credit card issuing company.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and AMEX (via PayPal). Paypal Users: Make sure your Paypal Account Status is Verified whenever possible. International Orders will not be processed until proper payment is received. International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
